Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped using FedEx Ground or Express shipping (2-3 day). Only orders over $85.00 qualify for free shipping.

We only ship domestically, and are unable to ship orders outside of the United States.

Some restrictions may apply. If an order is placed on hold for any reason, you will be notified within 24 hours. Orders will remain on hold until confirmation of all pending details is received. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

Damaged/Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product along with the inside and outside of the box/envelope, and contact us within 14 days of the order date.

If your order tracking information shows that it was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within seven days of the delivery date listed on the tracking information.
