Physical Supplements

Green Wisdom Health does not accept returns or exchanges of physical supplements except in approved cases involving a bottle or product seal damaged during shipping or manufacturing. These cases are evaluated individually. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees. Please allow five to ten business days for an approved return to be processed.

FIT 132 and Physically Shipped Testing Kits

Testing-kit costs and fees are nonrefundable. If a kit shipment is damaged or missing, please follow the process described in our Shipping Policy or contact Green Wisdom Health for assistance.

LabCorp Laboratory Panels

Laboratory costs and fees for LabCorp laboratory panels are nonrefundable.
